The blockchain service platform PODO App announced that it will soon support users to get Bitcoin as an incentive for shopping online. When shop online at PODO App, the app gets a percentage of each sale as commission responsible for sales to each merchant and PODO shares a portion of this commission with its customers.
Once the incentive system is up and running, users will be able to use their Bitcoins in the same way as using points within the PODO App, and they will be able to swap to fiat if necessary. In addition, users can instantly swap their Bitcoins to PODO tokens (POD) within the app and enjoy various levels of benefits through the staking function. While attracting new users is important, the initial goal is to satisfy exiting users and turn them into loyal customers by providing useful benefits.
CEO of PODO platform, Jason Han said, “The current point system is facing many issues such as expiration date and limited usage. By supporting Bitcoin as a reward instead of points, we will have an opportunity to solve these problems and generate additional revenue.”
