Lydian becomes first ICO to accepts ByteCoin as payment method during its Public Crowdsale.
Bytecoin (BCN) is the first cryptocurrency based on the CryptoNote technology, launched in July 2012, and is currently estimated to be valued at $1.2 billion on Coinmarketcap.com at the time of its release.
BCN has partnered with Lydian to allow users to participate in the company’s public ICO that begins today. This is the first time the crypto community can use ByteCoin to purchase tokens on an ICO.
“We are very excited about partnering with Lydian and letting people participate in their ICO using ByteCoin,”
Said Jenny Goldberg from ByteCoin.
Lydian, which has launched its public ICO today, is developing its own Whisper Network Protocol, the fastest blockless directed acyclic ledger that accomplishes scalability, security, and true decentralization as it achieves consensus at record speeds. Lydian, is a subsidiary of the DaVinci Marketing Cloud, a company that works with Fortune 500 brands all across the globe. The team behind Lydian has created over $1 billion in shareholder value and this is their most ambitious product yet. Lydian will be building two decentralized applications using their own Whisper Network Protocol. MonaChain will combat ad-fraud, while MonaBrowse will combat the rise of ad-blockers.
“This is a unique opportunity for the whole crypto community to participate on our journey using Bytecoin in completing a successful ICO. We are very excited about this partnership and look forward to having the ByteCoin community become LydianCoin participants,”
Said Kamal Kaur, Chairwoman & CEO of DaVinci Marketing Cloud.

Bytecoin, only Bytecoin.
Having read the whitepaper from Lydian, there is no mention at all from accepting payments using bytecoin. this info is on the FAQ website: “You can purchase LydianCoin (LDN)s Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Dogecoin, Ether Classic, Ethererum, LISK, NEO, Qtum, TetherUSD, Waves, NEM, Monero, ZCash or USD.” Yet the site also says in the same FAQ it does not accept USD. Looks fishy to me as the information lacks clarity and full of contradictions.
This is such a scam. First off – there’s very little upside to the Da Vinci marketing cloud. Google, Facebook, and soon Amazon makes it impossible for davinci11 to add any un-leveraged value… and with leverage, you can bet on big losses. Secondly – this currency is made by Gurbaksh Chahal, the same guy who has beaten up two previous girlfriends, and would have his sister act as a corp dev person pretending to buy other companies under NDA and then steals their ideas. I applaud Gurbaksh for making a killing when many investors were overvaluing his arbitrage plays, but Lydian coin is just a get-rich-quick scheme for Gurbaksh, who’s been losing his earnings in legal battles and a San Francisco condo that is sinking into the city.
